1. Scope and Operator​

Gamespade Inc. is based in Ontario, Canada and operates gamespade.com. This Privacy Policy applies to Gamespade websites, contact forms, and Apps that link to this Policy.

This Policy also applies to an affiliated service, including a service published by Tarot & Horoscope Inc., only when that service expressly links to this Policy. The applicable website or App-store listing identifies the operator or publisher responsible for that service.

The contact form at https://www.gamespade.com/ttsgenerator is operated by Gamespade Inc. for business inquiries and privacy requests involving ttsgenerator.com.

ttsgenerator.com has a separate Privacy Policy explaining how text entered in its TTS generator, generated audio, website requests, browser storage, and external links are handled. Opening the Gamespade contact form does not automatically transfer text entered in the TTS generator, generated audio, or other working-session content.

2. Information We Collect

Information Submitted Through the Contact Form

When you use the Gamespade contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • the inquiry category you select, including “Privacy request”;

  • your name;

  • your work email address;

  • your organization;

  • your message; and

  • any other information you voluntarily include in the message.

Do not submit passwords, payment information, text entered in the TTS generator, generated audio, government identification numbers, or other confidential or sensitive material through the form.

Website and Form Technical Information

When you visit a Gamespade website or submit a form, Gamespade and its hosting, delivery, validation, and security providers may process standard technical information, such as:

  • IP address;

  • browser and device type;

  • operating system and language settings;

  • requested page or path;

  • referring page, where provided by the browser;

  • request or submission time;

  • user agent;

  • cookie or similar identifiers used for site operation; and

  • spam-prevention, validation, error, and security information.​

App and Device Information

Depending on the App and the services enabled within it, Gamespade and its service providers may process:

  • device model, operating-system version, language, and App version;

  • session activity, feature usage, game progress, and diagnostic information;

  • crash and performance reports;

  • device or advertising identifiers, where used and permitted; and

  • limited purchase, subscription, receipt, or entitlement information made available by an App store.

Advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and other device identifiers may be considered personal information under applicable law. We do not describe them as categorically anonymous or non-personal.

Apple App Store and Google Play process payment-card information under their own terms and privacy policies. Gamespade may receive limited transaction or entitlement information from those platforms but does not receive the full payment-card details entered with the App store.

3. How We Use Information

Gamespade may use information for the following purposes:

  • to receive, review, route, and respond to contact-form submissions;

  • to manage necessary follow-up on an inquiry or privacy request;

  • to operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot websites, forms, and Apps;

  • to detect spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures;

  • to understand App performance and improve features;

  • to provide analytics or advertising where those services are enabled and properly disclosed;

  • to maintain transaction, security, and operational records;

  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and

  • to comply with applicable laws and enforce applicable terms.

Information submitted through the ttsgenerator contact form is not used for unrelated promotional email unless you separately agree to receive that communication.

4. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

Gamespade uses service providers to operate its websites, contact form, business email, and Apps. Current service categories may include:

  • Wix for website and contact-form hosting, delivery, validation, and security;

  • Google services for business email and related productivity functions;

  • hosting, content-delivery, security, and technical-infrastructure providers;

  • Apple and Google for App distribution, payments, and platform services;

  • analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, and development providers used by a particular App; and

  • professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

A particular App may identify additional providers in its App-store listing, settings, consent interface, or service-specific notice.

Gamespade may also disclose information:

  • when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;

  • to protect users, Gamespade, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity;

  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; or

  • as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

Gamespade does not sell information submitted through the ttsgenerator contact form or use those submissions for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Analytics, Advertising, Cookies, and Tracking Choices

Gamespade websites and their providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for page delivery, security, form operation, preferences, and other site functions.

Some Apps may use analytics or advertising services that process device identifiers and activity information for measurement, fraud prevention, advertising, or related functions. Depending on the processing and applicable law, some advertising activity may be treated as targeted advertising, a sale, or sharing of personal information.

Where required, the applicable website or App will provide an available consent or opt-out mechanism. You may also be able to limit advertising identifiers or tracking through your device, App-store, or operating-system settings.

Gamespade websites do not currently respond to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where applicable law requires Gamespade to recognize a legally supported opt-out preference signal for processing performed by a service, Gamespade will handle that signal as required.

6. International Processing

Gamespade Inc. is based in Ontario, Canada. Gamespade and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where they operate.

Information processed outside your country may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed, including lawful-access requirements. Gamespade remains responsible for personal information under its control as required by applicable law.

7. Retention

Gamespade retains personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

  • Contact-form submissions are retained while reasonably needed to review, route, respond to, and manage necessary follow-up on the inquiry.

  • Website, validation, and security records are retained as reasonably needed for operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security.

  • App diagnostics and usage information are retained according to the operational need, the applicable App configuration, and provider settings.

  • Transaction or entitlement records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.

Retention may also be extended where reasonably necessary for security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, legal claims, or legal obligations. Actual deletion timing may depend on service-provider systems and backup deletion cycles. Gamespade does not promise immediate deletion from every backup or provider system.

8. Data Security

Gamespade uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information under its control.

No website, App, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Gamespade therefore does not promise that a security incident can never occur.

 

9. Children’s Privacy

Gamespade websites, the ttsgenerator contact form, and general-audience Apps covered by this Policy are not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the contact form.

Gamespade does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without any notice and consent required by applicable law. If Gamespade learns that such information was collected in circumstances requiring removal, it will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address it.

A service directed to children under 13 requires a separate review and any notice, consent, and parental-control process required by law.

10. Privacy Rights in the United States, Canada, and Other Regions

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Gamespade Inc. and the processing at issue, you may have rights to:

  • request information about personal information Gamespade holds about you;

  • request access to or a portable copy of certain information;

  • request correction of inaccurate information;

  • request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions;

  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;

  • opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling;

  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;

  • appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; or

  • submit a complaint to an applicable privacy regulator.

Where required by law, Gamespade will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Gamespade Inc. handles personal information under applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA where it applies, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws where their requirements apply. The availability and scope of a right depend on your location, Gamespade’s legal coverage, and the information and processing involved.

To submit a request, select “Privacy request” on the Gamespade contact form. If the request concerns an App, identify the App and platform in your message.

Gamespade may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. A request may be denied or limited where permitted by law, including when Gamespade cannot verify the request or must retain information for security, legal, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution purposes. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.

11. External Services and Links

Gamespade websites and Apps may link to third-party websites, App stores, platforms, or services. Following a link sends the destination an ordinary navigation request. Information you then submit to that service is handled under its own privacy policy and terms.

 

Gamespade does not control an independent provider’s account requirements, cookies, data practices, security, retention, or privacy-request process.

12. Changes to This Policy

Gamespade may update this Policy when its websites, forms, Apps, providers, data practices, or legal requirements change.

When a material revision takes effect, Gamespade will update the “Last Updated” date and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
