Gamespade Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, brands, and affiliates, including "Tarot & Horoscope Inc", collectively "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to any and all mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by the Company. We believe in data minimization and transparency.
2. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, store, or share your name, email, phone number, or physical address. You can use our Apps completely anonymously.
3. DATA COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
To operate and improve our Apps, we work with third-party partners (e.g., Apple, Google, Unity) who may collect non-personal technical data:

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Apps may contain links to third-party services or use third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits) for analytics or payments. We do not control these third parties, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

Payments: All transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never access your credit card details.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Apps are intended for a general audience (13+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. DATA SECURITY
Since we do not store personal user data on our servers, there is no risk of your personal data being breached from our side. Local data saved on your device is your responsibility.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may opt-out of data collection for marketing purposes via your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking"). You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Apps.
8. COMPLIANCE (CANADA & GLOBAL)
We operate out of Ontario, Canada, and comply with PIPEDA. We also strive to meet global standards including GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) by not collecting personally identifiable information (PII).
